How Griefshare Works

Griefshare groups meet weekly to help you face loss and move toward rebuilding your life. Each Griefshare session has three distinct elements:

1. Video seminar with experts
2. Support group discussion with focus
3. Work-book based personal study and reflection

New Grief Share groups will begin: Wednesday, September 15 from 6:30 - 8:30 pm.
