Check below for all stuff you need to know before you go!
1) Pack List – use this to guide your packing over the next week and let me know if have any questions regarding stuff you need to bring.
2) Blood drive consent form – if you are 16 years or older you can participate in the blood drive during one of the days at the gathering but you must have this form filled out and signed by your parent to participate.
3) Medical Consent Form – this not the St. Paul medical form. Every participant needs to have this form filled out and turn it in at the time of registration on Saturday morning at the SMO. Many of you received this at the NYG meeting but for those that did not please print this off and bring it with you on Saturday.
4) Picture of John Wayne – why not a picture of “The Duke”?! He will serve as our “beacon” calling out to all St. Paul/Summit students while at the gathering. Just look for John Wayne on a stick…yummy!
5) NYG Covenant – this again was given out at the NYG meeting last month but if you did get this please print it off, sign it and bring it on Saturday.
We will be departing from the St. Paul SMO (lower level) on Saturday July 17th at 6 am. PLEASE ARRIVE AT THE SMO BY 5.30 AM TO CHECK IN AND LOAD YOU BAGS ON THE BUS. You do not need to arrive earlier than 5.30 am but please arrive before our 6 am departure time. Also, when you arrive please go directly into the SMO where you will find a check-in table to turn in forms, fill out missing forms and pay any remaining balance. When you arrive to check in on Saturday each parent/guardian will receive an itinerary for our trip as well as emergency contact numbers while we are gone.
